Learn how breathing habits contribute to your ease or tension. Learn how to create and integrate nutritious movement patterns that promote sensory motor awareness and erase sensory motor amnesia. Practice a collection of movements to help you achieve better balance, better alignment and stability to help you move more efficiently through your daily living patterns. This class offers a combination of Gentle Somatic Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, visualizations and meditation.
