Spring/Summer 2022
Join us to learn about all things EVOO & Balsamic Vinegar. You will prep 2 salad recipes and mix/sample olive oil and balsamic pairings to create amazing dressings that complement the salads. Each participant will take home 2 salads, 2 bottles of EVOO, and 2 bottles of Balsamic Vinegar.
Materials Needed: 3 quart sized mason jars - WIDE MOUTH - with lids.
