In this workshop, Yamuna Body Rolling techniques target the hip flexors, glutes, and surrounding muscles to restore mobility and balance. You’ll learn how to open tight hip joints, release deep layers of muscular restriction, and improve functional movement patterns. Ideal for athletes, dancers, and anyone who feels “locked up” in their hips, this session leaves you with greater freedom of movement, reduced discomfort, and a stronger connection between your lower body and core. Materials Needed: Mat, water
