    The Heritage Education Commission presents the 2019 Family History Workshop. Finding your long-lost relatives can be a challenge, but a rewarding one! Learn from successful genealogists how to start and continue your search. With 20 workshops and a nationally recognized speaker, this is a day filled with opportunities to learn how to successfully climb your family tree. The workshop cost of $49 includes your choice of four out of the 20 sessions offered, the workshop syllabus with all session handouts, lunch and coffee breaks. An exhibit hall featuring booths for organizations and vendors will be open throughout most of the day. The 44th Annual Family History Workshop is sponsored by the Heritage Education Commission in partnership with Moorhead Community Education.     You don’t need to spend a lot of money to research your family history. FamilySearch.org, a free site, has a large growing collection of historic records, books, photos and family trees. In this class, you’ll learn how to search the databases on FamilySearch and how to share and preserve your own family’s photographs and historic records on the website.
