Yoga for Postnatal Yoga is thoughtfully designed to support your recovery after childbirth, helping you reconnect with your body, regain strength, and find balance as you embrace life as a new mom. This gentle, low-intensity practice includes stretches, breathing exercises, and strengthening movements with a focus on pelvic floor recovery, core stability, and overall wellbeing.
