Nature Immersion—for Introverts and Other Seekers of Calm

Fall 2025

This hands-on (feet-on!) class will take you on an intentionally slow-paced, two-mile forest walk in south Moorhead. You’ll learn—and experience firsthand—the many physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual benefits of purposefully seeking out nature, particularly if you’re an introvert or similar person who craves calm in a world that is too often the opposite.
