Join Tess as she walks you through the process of creating two types of spring rolls bursting with a symphony of bold and bright flavors. Choice of meat (chicken or pork) & veggies will fill the crispy spring rolls, and fresh veggie and precooked protein of choice will fill the fresh spring rolls. Two types of wrappers will be used. Participants will be able to customize filling ingredients and seasonings according to their taste or dietary preferences. Join in the fun as we dive into the world of spring rolls learning how to wrap, roll, and cook these delightful packets of deliciousness.
