Postnatal Yoga will help you recover from birth more harmoniously, release the pains you might be experiencing, and get back in touch with your vital energy, your core strength and inner balance. It is a modified, low-intensity yoga practice and offers the most benefits especially during the first three months after childbirth. This type of yoga is designed to help mothers reconnect, recover, regain abdominal strength, body flexibility and tone. It is about getting grounded in yourself again, feeling strong in your body, so that you can feel confident in your new role as a mother. Come and give yourself strength and relax through this new period of your life guiding in your ability to be at ease and reminding you to breathe deeply. Feel free to bring your baby (up until baby starts crawling) to play, while you move your body.
