Postnatal Yoga will help you recover from birth more harmoniously, release the pains you might be experiencing, and get back in touch with your vital energy, your core strength and inner balance. It is a modified, low-intensity yoga practice and offers the most benefits especially during the first three months after childbirth. This type of yoga is designed to help mothers reconnect, recover, regain abdominal strength, body flexibility and tone.
