Join us for a 4-week series that dives deep into understanding how your breathing habits impact your overall well-being. Each week, you'll learn to create and integrate movement patterns that promote sensory motor awareness and address sensory motor amnesia. Through a blend of gentle somatic yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, visualizations, and meditation, you'll practice movements that enhance alignment, balance, dynamic stability, and strength.
