Resilient Yard Series: Pollinator Gardening Workshop

Spring/Summer 2025

Learn how to transform a section of your yard into a native garden that will attract pollinators. This workshop is designed for beginners and focuses on what constitutes a pollinator habitat, the importance of landscaping with native plants, and the process of installing a garden from start to finish. A select number of native plants will be discussed. Participants will leave with the beginning of their design plan and a pollinator-friendly kit to get started.

Workshop Day 2: This workshop is held outside at a pollinator garden in Moorhead. This workshop is designed for beginners and focuses on identifying native plants as well as the steps to planting your very own native garden. Participants will leave with the beginning of their native garden planting plan and a pollinator-friendly kit to get started.

This workshop is hosted by Clay Soil & Water Conservation District
