Fall 2025

Designed for preteens and early teens, NextGen Pilates is a 6-week program that blends traditional Pilates techniques with age-appropriate challenges to improve core strength, posture, flexibility and athletic performance. Each class focuses on body awareness, stability and controlled movement—ideal for active teens, athletes or anyone wanting to build strength from the inside out. Breathwork and mindfulness are also woven into the sessions to help reduce stress and increase focus, both on and off the mat. No experience needed—just a willingness to move, grow and get stronger!
