You’ll get hands-on feedback, movement corrections, and guidance to help you train smarter, move safer, and lift heavier (if that’s your goal).Expect practical instruction, real-time support, and an environment where questions are encouraged and gains are earned. What to Expect: Technique breakdowns for squat, bench press, and dead lift. Trainer feedback and individual coaching. Tips to improve mobility, stability, and bar path. A supportive vibe, ego-free and welcoming. Come as you are.
