Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to level up your form. his clinic breaks down the fundamentals of squat, bench, and deadlift with expert coaching, structured progression, and a supportive environment. Each week focuses on one major lift and its accessory movements, guiding you through proper mechanics, cues, and positioning so you can train smarter, lift stronger, and prevent injury.You’ll get real-time feedback, practical drills, and a clear plan for improving both strength and mobility. What to Expect: Weekly focus on Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift + accessory movements. Mobility and warm-up prep for each lift. Hands-on form checks and individualized coaching. Programming tips to apply in and out of class. Supportive, ego-free atmosphere where questions are welcome. Come as you are. Leave stronger, with a plan.
