Yoga Movement for Ease

Spring/Summer 2026

Wash away the week's stress Thursday evenings by focusing the mind and easing tension with a slow sequence of basic yoga poses that incorporate the benefits of Somatics. The result will have you feeling softer in mind, body, and spirit. You will receive a link to each class recording good for two months. This is an on-going class and missed classes can be made-up. Some yoga experience required; modifications will be offered.  Needed items: yoga blocks, yoga mat, firm chair, yoga strap or tie, blanket, pillow.
