Join Instructor Cammie Lamey in reconnecting with your trunk and explore gentle, sometimes challenging, movements that will remind it how to be responsive but not stuck, stabilizing and pliable, mobile. Come play with the breath and rib-cage, find mobility and stability in the vertebral column, feel for a responsive core as we appropriately apply changing workloads, and finally tune inward to sense and feel the energy and movement of internal structures inside your trunk. You will receive a handout detailing the movements we practice, a link to a video where I demonstrate them, and an opportunity for a private Q&A session where you can ask questions tailored to your specific situation after the session. All levels welcome; some of the practice will take place on the floor or modified for using a firm chair. Needed items yoga blocks, firm chair, yoga strap or tie, blanket, pillow
