Beginning T’ai Chi Chih® - Joy Through Movement

T'ai Chi Chih is a gentle movement form that consists of 19 movements and one resting pose. You will find this meditative and relaxing helping you to become centered and focused. This is a helpful tool to have in "your back pocket" as you can do it anywhere without any special equipment. Eventually you may even be able to think of the movements and experience benefits. The purpose is to activate and balance your intrinsic energy (vital force) or your Chi. Participants may notice a reduction in pain, improved mobility and balance, increased overall stability, enhanced creativity, and improved attention. Come and experience a new sense of joy and peace.
