Excel: Data Analysis with Pivot TablesPrerequisite: Knowledge of Excel.Learn how to import large amounts of raw data into Excel and use pivot tables to manipulate the data. Pivot tables can analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently by generating many different reports with just a few mouse clicks, eliminating the many tedious processes of copying worksheets and cutting and pasting data. Use pivot charts for visual and interactive representation of data. This is a hands-on class in a Windows computer lab. Personal laptops are not permitted.Please use Door 2 on the north side of the building.
Microsoft Excel: Part 2Prerequisite: Knowledge of Windows and of simple formulas in Excel. This is another basic class in Microsoft Excel, which includes creating and formatting charts, creating formulas and charts to summarize data from multiple worksheets, and moving and copying worksheets. We will manipulate lists by sorting, filtering, and using subtotals and learn data entry tips and tricks. This class includes setting defaults and options to control your worksheets. This is a hands-on class in a Windows computer lab. Personal laptops are not permitted.Please use Door 2 on the north side of the building.
