Spud Recreational Gymnastics Session 2Summer Athletic CampsGymnastics can provide many cognitive and psychological benefits that will continue to benefit your child throughout their life. They learn social interaction, discipline, improved mental focus and concentration, flexibility and coordination. Gymnasts will improve overall fitness, strength, balance and body control at class. Your child may be at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level of gymnastics to be eligible. The coaches will strive to provide a fun and challenging environment for your gymnasts as they practice appropriate skills on the vault, bars, beam and floor. Girls must wear a leotard and workout shorts. Beginners - First time gymnast, or intermediate skills Advanced - Student is able to preform a back walkover and a round off High School - Gymnasts committed to competing for the Moorhead Spuds High School Gymnastics team.
