This class will use the melt soft body roller and the melt performance band.MELT performance is a four-week series with a different theme each week. On February 5 the focus is neurocore stability, February 12 is lower body stability, February 19 is upper body stability, and February 26 is total body stability with a bonus.

Attend an Intro to Yoga workshop to help ensure your journey starts from the most enjoyable and empowered place possible. Intro to Yoga workshops focus on step-by-step poses, alignment adjustments, and focus practice for your body. These intimate group experiences offer a safe, nurturing and inspiring setting to begin your yoga journey or refresh your skills if you are already practicing. You will leave the workshop understanding basic yoga techniques and foundation poses to help you feel confident in a scheduled group class. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle; mats available in studio.

    Are you looking for ways to stay healthy and improve your golf game? Attend this class and learn MELT moves to warm up your spine, shoulders, wrists and hips. Learn techniques to use after your game to decompress the low back and neck and restore fluids to the connective tissue to help relieve pain and stiffness from repetitive movements. Learn MELT moves to use as a pre-game treatment to open the shoulder joint, improve grip, and establish balance and stability.
